Compassionate, expert psychiatric care for pregnancy and postpartum- from the comfort of home.

Our team brings years of dedicated experience in women's and perinatal mental health, with specialized training from Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Center for Women’s Mental Health and Postpartum Support International (PSI).

Understanding Perinatal Mental Health

Pregnancy and the first year after birth, known as the perinatal period, bring some of the biggest hormonal, physical, and emotional shifts a person will ever experience. It's common to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or not like yourself during this time.

Conditions We Treat:

  • Perinatal depression (during pregnancy or postpartum)

  • Perinatal anxiety and panic

  • Perinatal OCD (intrusive, unwanted thoughts and/or compulsions)

  • Bipolar disorder* in pregnancy and postpartum

  • Postpartum psychosis*

*A note on safety: Conditions like bipolar disorder and postpartum psychosis can sometimes require a higher level of care than telehealth alone can provide. If you or someone you love is experiencing symptoms of psychosis (confusion, hallucinations, or thoughts of harming yourself or your baby), please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 right away.

Our Treatment Approach

Our providers specialize in psychiatric medication management for pregnancy and postpartum, working in close coordination with your OB/GYN, midwife, and therapist so your care team is always on the same page.

We stay current on the latest evidence-based treatment options, including Zurzuvae (zuranolone), an FDA-approved oral medication specifically for postpartum depression.

We'll talk with you about whether it, or another treatment approach, is the right fit for your symptoms, history, and goals.
